How to Measure Yourself

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, where you normally wear your belt
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips
Shoulder Width: Measure from one shoulder point to the other across your back
Neck: Measure around the base of your neck where your collar sits
Sleeve Length: Measure from shoulder seam to wrist with arm slightly bent
Inseam: Measure from crotch to bottom of leg along the inside seam
Outseam: Measure from waist to bottom of leg along the outside seam

Tip: Use a soft measuring tape and have someone help you for best accuracy.
